Korra headcanons
- Korra teaches Mako and Bolin not better, but the more traditional styles of earth/firebending
- lots more sadtimes of always needing money/street rats - I swear this is not a kids’ show oh my goodness (look up what triads mean zomg)
- Amon actually does have a face, but is his own dang person (not freakin’ BUMI ugh)
- also I don’t think he completely takes people’s bending away - maybe it’s rather a sophisticated form of chi blocking? the spirit world is def messed up in some way, which reflects the lack of spirituality in Republic City, and that’s maybe why Korra has so many problems being spiritual
- it’s kind of interesting how Amon’s going after members of the city’s triads first (besides Bolin obviously) - he’s getting the people on his side by taking away those they already see as evil so they don’t place him in the same light
- omg once we get a Zuko/Katara scene I will cryyyyyy ugh the only connection to the Gaang/my babies. All their kids are best friends
- Bumi totally married Zuko’s daughter (hey, I called that Zuko was still alive, so we’ll see!)
- It’s so weird how metalbending and producing lightning is now almost commonplace. Don’t know how I feel about that but it’ll definitely be explained, I’m sure
- TENZIN ISN’T TELLING US SOMETHING
- Mako will continue to make awesome faces, Bolin will never stop being hilarious (“I.WANT.TO.BE.ON.YOUR.BACK!”) and Korra is always perfect
- Mako thinks Bolin’s got it bad for Korra, but they are only the bestest of friends. I mean, please, Mako smiles when she calls him “city boy”, looks protective of her when the crowd starting booing her, and that’s only to mention the least obvious moments.
- Makorra is def endgame. About as subtle as a flying bison, Bryke.
